1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or in any way using the okay beth platform — whether through our website at okaybeth.com or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and okay beth.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the okay beth platform and should not proceed with registration. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3. Account Registration
To use okay beth's real-money gaming features, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each person may only hold one active account on okay beth. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held in duplicate accounts. 3.2 Accurate Information

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
Okay beth is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify player identities. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence) at registration or at any point during your account's lifetime — particularly before processing large withdrawals. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal holds.
4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on okay beth is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though your payment provider may impose their own limits. Deposit amounts reflect in your okay beth wallet immediately upon successful processing.
4.2 Own Funds Only
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you and are registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on okay beth are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱/PHP). If your bank or e-wallet charges conversion fees for any reason, those fees are your responsibility.
4.4 Failed Deposits
If a deposit fails to reflect in your okay beth wallet within 15 minutes of a successful payment confirmation from your e-wallet or bank, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Okay beth will investigate and resolve legitimate discrepancies promptly.

5. Withdrawals
Okay beth is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following rules govern withdrawal requests on the platform.
5.1 Minimum and Processing Times
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed in real time and typically complete within 5 minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank may take up to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Okay beth reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in line with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.
5.3 Pending Bonuses
If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, a withdrawal request may place that bonus in pending status until wagering is completed or the bonus is forfeited. Forfeiting a bonus to process a withdrawal is always your choice — okay beth will not force you to complete wagering before allowing a withdrawal of your own deposited funds.
5.4 Declined Withdrawals
Okay beth reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, incomplete identity verification, or a breach of these terms. In all cases, you will be notified of the reason and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Okay beth offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine holidays and esports events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Real-money funds deposited are always withdrawable regardless of active bonus status.
6.2 Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. JILI Slots typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live table games including Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. 6.3 One Bonus at a Time

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently closed.
Refer a Friend Bonuses: Players who participate in the okay beth Refer a Friend programme must ensure that referred players are genuine new users. Referring fake or duplicate accounts to claim referral bonuses is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings.
7. Gameplay & Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming activity on okay beth across all game types including JILI Slots, Baccarat, Tongits, Color Game, Virtual Sports, and Esports Betting.
7.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. Okay beth reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Stakes placed in excess of the stated maximum will be returned without processing.
7.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server errors, connection interruptions, or software failures — all bets placed during the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets. Okay beth is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated during a round affected by a malfunction.
7.3 Esports and Virtual Sports Betting
For Esports Betting, okay beth covers matches across Mobile Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, CS2, and other titles. Bet settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant tournament operator. In the event a match is cancelled, bets are voided and stakes returned. For matches postponed beyond 24 hours, bets are also voided unless specifically stated otherwise in the market terms.
7.4 Errors in Odds or Pricing
Okay beth takes all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy in displayed odds and game paytables. In the event of a manifest error resulting in clearly incorrect odds or payouts, okay beth reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players who are aware of a pricing error and continue to place bets against it are in breach of these terms.
8. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts
Okay beth is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and honest gaming environment for all players. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform on your behalf
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to Tongits or live dealer games
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using okay beth to process funds derived from illegal activity
- Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's code, servers, or databases
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage — any such bugs must be reported to okay beth support immediately
- Registering multiple accounts for any purpose
- Providing false identification documents during KYC verification
Okay beth cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity on the platform that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the wallet will be frozen until the investigation is complete. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any funds derived from bonuses or from activity that constitutes a breach may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not connected to any breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
